The technical content on this site — system descriptions, FeRFA classifications, thicknesses, standards and guidance — is published to help you understand the options. It is general guidance, not a specification for your floor.
No resin flooring system should be selected from a website. The right system depends on the condition of your substrate, the traffic it carries, what reaches the surface and how the area is used, none of which can be established remotely. We provide a written specification following a site survey, and that document, not this website, is what governs any work.
Prices and cost indicators published on this site are indicative ranges intended to help you budget. They are not quotations and they are not an offer to contract.
What a floor actually costs depends on the preparation required, the condition of the substrate, access, programme and area. A firm price is given in a written quotation following a survey.
A quotation is an invitation to proceed, not a binding contract. A contract comes into existence when a quotation is accepted and we confirm acceptance. Work is carried out under the terms issued with that quotation, which take precedence over anything on this website.
The content of this website, including text, photographs, layout and design, belongs to JD Flooring Limited unless otherwise stated. You may view it and print copies for your own reference. You may not republish it, sell it or use it commercially without our written permission.
