We install industrial and commercial resin flooring systems, and undertake demarcation and repair projects across the North West, North East Wales, Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the wider UK. Past projects range from one bay in a single production unit to estate-wide programmes across dozens of sites.
A resin floor is specified from the substrate upwards, so the survey matters more than the postcode. We work from a single operating base across the counties below, which keeps one team, one specification standard and one point of contact on your job from survey to handover.
We attend site, test the substrate for moisture and contamination, and record the traffic, chemicals and temperatures the floor actually sees. The system is chosen from those findings, never from a price list.
Most work in these counties is refurbishment inside a running facility. We phase and zone the install around production, and use fast-cure systems where the return-to-service window drives the specification.
Coverage has to outlast handover. We stay within reach of every town listed below for maintenance advice, joint and repair work, and inspection visits once the floor has been in service.
The projects we undertake include manufacturing and engineering plants, warehousing and distribution, food and drink production, vehicle workshops and trade counters, healthcare, education and public sector estates, and the back-of-house areas behind retail and hospitality.
Port-adjacent process on the Mersey, the mid-Cheshire salt and chemical belt, rail engineering at Crewe and national logistics at Warrington. Refurbishment of 1960s to 1990s power-floated concrete dominates.
Advanced engineering and rail heritage at Derby, older light-industrial stock in the Erewash Valley, and large distribution sheds on former coalfield land along the M1 and the A38 and A50 freight spine.
The densest concentration of industrial and logistics floor area in the North West, from Victorian mill and engineering stock in the east to modern distribution sheds around the M60 orbital and its radials.
Four overlapping economies: Pennine mill and engineering stock in the east, M6 and M61 distribution through Preston and Chorley, coastal food and hospitality on the Fylde, and laboratory work at Lancaster.
A corner of the Golden Triangle, with near-continuous distribution frontage along the M1 between Junctions 20 and 23A. Hosiery and food manufacturing in Leicester, engineering at Loughborough and quarrying in the north-west of the county sit alongside it.
A maritime county arranged around the dock estate on both banks of the Mersey. Chloride-laden air, wash-down and contaminated dock-adjacent substrates make preparation and moisture tolerance the argument.
The most heavily industrialised corner of Wales: aerospace and automotive assembly, steel processing on the Dee estuary, polymer and paper production, and one of Europe’s largest industrial estates at Wrexham.
Two freight spines, the M1 west and the A1 east, with coalfield and textile stock between them. Pharmaceutical and laboratory work in the Beeston corridor sits alongside very large distribution sheds.
Steel, forging and rail engineering reshaped into advanced manufacturing and a distribution economy along the M1, M18 and A1(M), with older foundry and canal-side stock on the same estates as new sheds.
Four industrial generations in one conurbation: Birmingham metalworking, Black Country forging and plating, Coventry and Solihull vehicle assembly, and national logistics where the M6, M5, M42 and M54 converge.
Two very different building stocks within forty minutes of each other: Pennine mill, dyeing and confectionery stock in the Calder and Colne valleys, and modern big-box distribution on the coalfield flats around Wakefield, Castleford and Normanton.
The areas above are where we are asked about most often. They are not the limit of where we work. We install across mainland UK, for single sites and for multi-site programmes. Send us the location, the size of the area and detail your operational activities, and we will arrange site survey.
